| Description: | Parked on the pavement on a busy local road. These people think it helps traffic flow, but cars still need to stop to pass, so why not just park on the road like you should do. The pavement is for people not parked vehicles. The path is used by many parents with pushchairs, wheelchair users and partially sighted people, none of whom can safely walk on the grass verge or on the road. This behaviour is just selfish and puts people in danger, the sooner it is made illegal the better. |
