| Description: | Despite the fact that you could park a lorry legally on the other side of the road, this idiot always parks on the pavement in Kings Road, Rodborough, Stroud. He is breaking the law by driving on the footpath; obstructing the footpath; and parking without lights after dark against the flow of traffic. What he doesn't know is that his car is reported to the police every time he does this. When he reaches 150 or so offences, the pictures will be sent to the police and the local papers asking why no action has been taken. Stickers on the car suggest he works for the Forestry Commission. No wonder he is a wooden top. |
