| Description: | Despite room for three cars or more on the other side of the road (legal parking) this idiot decides it is OK to stick his motor on the bloody pavement. So now I have to tell the police, that he has driven on the pavement (crime); obstructed the pavement (crime); and parked without lights against the flow of traffic after dark (crime). This guy is one hell of a chump. I think we will be seeing lot more of him - hopefully in the courts......... |
