The owner of this car is a frequent nuisance to locals trying to park on narrow roads and the police have been called to his house because of it. And here he is, blatently breaking the law by parking on a pavement with parking restrictions and making it so that wheelchairs would either have to wait for his selfish self to move after buying his morning beers or brave going around on a busy a46. what a HALFWIT he truly is. |
