| Description: | Just before 8 in the morning I spotted the Van despite over 100 places being available they parked in one of two disabled places. I started taking photos and a blonde 'man' confronted me as to why I was taking pictures, so I told him, it’s a disabled bay and you don’t have a badge. Then he started with the threats, getting in my face very close up, trying to intimate me, so I carried on into the bakers and he continued to mouth it off to me in the shop. Yes I did say I hope one day you become disabled and see the issues we have because by now I was becoming irate. Then the shop staff also him to shut up but no he did not know how, so I told him, I don’t get scared by bullies. I advised him does not matter what time of day it is disabled means disabled, but he still tried acting the big I AM, when I said I will tell his company he laughed and said does not matter I’m the manager - fine I said, I’ll just post it on line which I’m doing so now and if I ever need a fence, I won’t be using him. |
